Download on Beatport (Exclusive!) bit.ly After officially being awarded as the number 15 DJ in the world in the highly respected DJ Mag Top 100 poll, the ‘Flying Dutchman’ is about to rock the global Trance floors again in 2011. Dutch DJ Dash Berlin is back with a brand new, future classic to add to his hit-filled discography. The debut single from his forthcoming, second artist album is the first glimpse on the exciting things to come. The epic anthem entitled ‘Disarm Yourself’ is the result of his fan-anticipated rendezvous with Australian singer Emma Hewitt and contains an inspiring message. “I believe it was President Roosevelt who said; “There is nothing to fear, but fear itself” and that concept is exactly what this song is about”, says the humble DJ when asked about the lyrical theme on his latest collaboration. “It’s about the anxiety you can feel when you are confronted with the new and the unknown. Sometimes disarming yourself and actually feeling the fear, while doing things anyway, can be the only way forward”. The track premiered on episode 486 of Armin van Buuren’s legendary ASOT radio show and immediately caused a major stir all around the web. The preview quickly found its way to the fans via Dash Berlin’s Youtube channel and gained a massive 160000 views within days after upload. With an official music video on its way Dash Berlin’s eagerly awaited, brand new single is here to warm your soul and to get you on your dancing feet once again.

If you’re unexpectedly finding yourself troubled, scared, really worried and have not a clue the reasons why you’re feeling this way you could discover that you are part of an ever growing trend of people suffering from anxiety. This situation isn’t a problem to be ashamed of, nor will it be an issue that needs a large amount of prescription medication to cure. Naturally, there are numerous people who can only find respite from stress and anxiety by using prescription drugs, however, many people find some more all natural alternatives in home remedies which are extremely effective. Trying to get the best treatment for you might be a fairly trying experience, but there are numerous wonderful remedies pertaining to stress and anxiety that will prove to be quite effective.

It’s mainly reported by men and women suffering from anxiety that they really feel considerably more nervous when they have drank large amounts of alcoholic beverages. This points to cutting back the consumption of alcohol among the most effective treatments that you can do to reduce your anxiety level. If we’ve got to be brutally truthful though, this will likely have a limited effect. All things considered, if you are only a minor sociable drinker there might be very little that can be done to decrease your intake even more. This implies this particular method is much more suited for those that normally drink no less than a couple of drinks a week.

Other suggestions involve having all the sleep as you can to make sure you’re well rested. The lack of sleep is related to increasing the likelihood of panic attacks. In addition to the benefit of extra sleep as needed taking some added B vitamins such as can be found in a good number of vitamin supplements has also demonstrated wonderful assurance to help you eliminate symptoms. A good additional benefit to the vitamins is the ability to allow you to acquire any additional nutrients which you might be missing out on due to your typical dietary habits.

Lots of people have experienced incredible amounts of success through restricting their intakes of sweetener’s too. This involves pure sugar, along with the artificial sweeteners. In order to really obtain the biggest benefit you should try to observe your reactions to certain sweeteners. There are a few which can make the complaints even worse for you, while others may not bother you in particular. However, if there’s a sweetener that you could safely use, you should stay with it, while keeping away from others that tend to aggravate your anxiety.

Because of the increase in nervousness, it is usually highly recommended that you simply steer clear of any products that are very high in caffeine. Because caffeine is extremely likely to spike anxiousness most people that are anxious often suffer much more than necessary. Lowering caffeine intake can often provide some rather rapid differences that might otherwise never come. If you are in a habit of drinking coffee every morning, you can just change to decaffeinated so that you can lower your caffeine intake whilst still taking pleasure in your early morning cup of coffee.

One more suggested home remedy that has provided wonderful benefits is getting up and starting to walk around or exercise as soon as you begin to feel extremely anxious. By simply getting up and moving around you are taking your mind off of the anxiety that you’ll be feeling and allowing yourself to slowly calm down at your own pace. This is extremely beneficial for most people since it will enable you to refocus your focus to the activity that you are doing, rather than on the actual anxiety that you’re presently feeling.

By avoiding the use of prescription medication to treat anxiety you’re certain to feel far better about yourself. Additionally you are able to avoid the majority of the harsh side effects that are otherwise experienced in the treatment. It might take some time to discover the ideal cure for your needs depending on precisely what factors are encouraging the stress, but a solution really is achievable with the right effort.

Oh Child, Deceive me Enter the same the same as I Moments pass as desperate contortions unfold Seeking placid sanity a moment of calm Cancerous anxiety and thieving doubt rain Sheltering indifference to dignify rage Begging for a line drawn in the sand to separate the prophets from the men then bittersweet the wicked so the guise of harmony can breathe again delighted Hear me son the rivers dry again Foretell the fate and lead us to the edge let the prideful sinners bear the gold and buy acceptance Breathe again To waste away inside here The years in turn your haunting words have never left my ears my mind oh reckoning pride is the mirror through which we must break Wretched disfigured confused and distracted Down in this cellar it’s cold dark and manic Clinging indifferent privilege demands you excuse your excuses, excuse your excuses and blame You blame Fearful, deceiver, dim motives erratic this dream to ambitious this vision too drastic choke down rhetorical scraps from the attic Forever to stand there and still just refuse to change Just change Set the nightmare alight and Dance till these flames illuminate the cause for the lie Redemption is not beyond our time

How to Save yourself from Panic Attack

How to Save yourself from Panic Attack

According To “Wikipedia” a panic attack is “A very sudden, discrete periods of intense anxiety, mounting psychological arousal, fear, stomach problems and discomfort that are associated with a variety of somative and cognitive ymptoms.”  The best two modalities of treatment for panic attack is relaxation and cognitive restructuring.

A panic/anxiety attack occurs when your body is extremely stressed and can no longer manage the stress. Your heart races, you start hyperventilating, your vision dims, you get dizzy. At the first sign of panic/anxiety, the key is to relax. Here are the techniques that work;

When panic sets in, sit down at comfortable place and breathe deeply. Sip a tea, hot chocolate or even a coffee. Enjoy a moment of calm. Then begin to focus on how you need to accomplish your goals.
Even if lists make you crazy, write down everything you need to do. This will help you get everything out in the open and give you a place to start.
Slow down your breathing. This may best be done blowing out every breath through pursed lips as if blowing out a candle.
Take some time out every day and listen to relaxing music.
Do Basic Yoga. Yoga is a great form of breathing and relaxation
Avoid eating junk food, it contributes to stress. Drink lots of water and eat some fruit.
Find someone to talk to about all that you are going through. Vent when things become overwhelming, but share your accomplishment also.
Even if you aren’t a distance runner, your body will benefit from a brisk walk, time on treadmill, or a roller blade round the neighbor. So be active to beat that stress.
