O Barrigudinho, também chamado de Guppy ou lebiste (Poecilia reticulata) é um belo peixe ornamental de comportamento pacífico, originário da América Central e América do Sul, com vida de aproximadamente 2 anos, usado em exposições aquarísticas. O guppy é um animal ovovivíparo da família dos poecilídeos. O comprimento do macho adulto é de aproximadamente 5 centímetros eo da fêmea, 7 cm. Pode ser facilmente encontrado em rios do Sudeste do Brasil, mesmo poluídos, sendo muitas vezes confundido por leigos com girinos. O que são as Ondas Alfas? ALFA é uma onda mais tranqüila, com 7 a 14 ciclos por segundo (Hertz); é um estágio no qual se entra quando se fecham os olhos e se relaxa. É o estágio de maior importância para o ser humano. É um estado de tendência a interiorização. ALFA pode ser de alta ou baixa amplitude, de acordo com a produção de microvolts pelo cérebro.
