If you think the source is physical, medical examinations are the best solutions. Engage on activities that will rejuvenate your body. And if necessary, take some medication as prescribed by doctors.
Furthermore, if you feel mentally depressed, what you need to do is think more about the good things waiting for you. Although it might be hard, it is still key to overcoming depression. Do not forget to acknowledge God and other close circle of friends for their help in keeping you happy. Instead of giving your attention to problems, you might as well focus on these people. This method is more fulfilling that sympathizing with your self. And finally, is your depression caused spiritually? If this is the case, then it means it is time to rekindle a relationship with God. Without God, nothing would ever be complete. Once you find God, you will find peace of mind and happiness. If you do not know God, then you are much better of being dead.
Overcoming depression is normally difficult at first. As time progresses, however, you will learn to totally feel good inside and outside. If you feel depressed, talk to someone that is willing to listen, whoever that person may be. It may be a psychologist, your best friend, your pastor or even your guidance counselor.
