Produced and Directed by MI Behleem Beautiful and inspiring ambient music can help create inner peace. It can support personal growth, healing and alleviate pain, stress, anxiety, fears and insomnia. Since 1980, I have been channeling keyboard music. Through the years I have tuned into individuals, groups of people, those in transition, events, lyrics, video productions, and have brought through melodies that have had powerful effects. My music has inspired artists and writers, increasing their creativity. Psychotherapists, Reiki and massage therapists find that is takes their work to deeper levels. I have discovered that autistic children are able to interact with these melodies. The passages of this new age music supports deep relaxation, and if used during meditation, it can take one on a spiritual journey. Hospitals and clinics are using my music to comfort patients undergoing medical procedures. Words are inadequate to describe the experiences my music offers. You must listen to it, allowing the notes to enfold you in their embrace. As background music, the effects are subtle. How To Overcome Anxiety With Relaxation Techniques

How To Overcome Anxiety With Relaxation Techniques

There are numerous ways to overcome anxiety, stress and panic attack. Some of these methods demand plenty of money and several of them demand the use of drugs. But there is good news for individuals grappling with this difficulty that do not have sufficient money and do not want to make use of medicines. The techniques highlighted in this article have nothing to do with money and drugs. All we are going to talk about are helpful relaxation techniques for anxiety. In other words, it is totally possible for you to relax your anxiety away. Conversely, there is need to see your doctor first before you do anything about your anxiety.

One of the many relaxation techniques for anxiety that will work for you is regular exercise. Of course, regular exercise is one sure way not only to overcome anxiety and stress, but it also the best way to prevent it. Contrary to common opinion, exercise is not only intended for shedding that extra weight of yours. You can exercise your anxious thoughts away. Simple exercises like walking in your neighborhood or taking the stairs as opposed to the elevator are sure ways of getting rid of anxiety and stress.

If you are not at ease with exercise, one more relaxing technique that can help cope with anxiety, stress or panic attack is massage. If you do not possess enough money to register with a good and reliable massage centre, it is highly recommended to get a friend or family member to do it for you. A massage will be of help to cool your nerves and reenergize you to tackle the problems of life.

My favorite relaxation technique for anxiety is meditation. In meditation, you make conscious attempt to only think about the good side of things and subjects. You intentionally decline to think about the depressing side or consequences of the matters bothering you. You select to look at the silver lining rather than the cloud. To be of help to you in this process, it is advisable to secure a silent place to do your mediation. What’s more, you can listen to motivational speakers that can help you see the good in every bad that is occurring.

Another effective method of prevailing over anxiety, stress or panic attack that many people reading this are oblivious of is having adequate sleep. We live in a demanding world no doubt, but the best technique to rest and be rejuvenated is to let go of the worries, failures and disappointments of the day before going to bed. And you must make sure that you obtain enough sleep as this will be of help to you to be refreshed by the time you wake up the next day. Stay away from using sleep enhancing medicines. Just lie down on your bed, eradicate all pessimistic thoughts and go to sleep. You will wake up the next day refreshed and prepared to face the assignments ahead.

How Can We Cure Anxiety And Panic Attacks?

How Can We Cure Anxiety And Panic Attacks?

First of all if we want to cure anxiety and panic attacks we must know what anxiety is and how it manifest, so we can recognize it and not to confuse it with other diseases which may have similar symptoms.

Anxiety can manifest itself as a bad feeling, sometimes vague and without a reason, and sometimes directed towards something. It can be accompanied by various other signs such as stomach cramps, sweating, dry mouth, rapid heart beat, diarrhea and insomnia.

Chronic anxiety patients feel agitated without knowing why, some people having unexpected panic attacks accompanied by choking sensations, chest pain, tingling in hands and feet. In addition, breathing becomes rapid and shallow. This is known as hyperventilation.

In this case the normal levels of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the body are disrupted. We recommend you to sit on a chair and put a hand on the upper abdomen and breathe slowly and deeply (exercise “abdominal breathing”). This techniques are not designed to cure anxiety and panic attacks but to reduce the effects only for the moment. For the long-term you have to follow a treatment, which may be with medications, counseling therapy or with natural treatment.

How can we prevent and cure anxiety and panic attacks?

Anxiety and panic attacks occurs mostly in periods of stress. This is explained by the fact that the body consumes nutrients faster and if they are not replaced, the nervous system gradually loses control over resources and power of your body. That is why to prevent anxiety and panic attacks is very important to have a healthy diet first.

Foods that will calm you down:

1. Eat foods rich in complex carbohydrates such as bread and brown rice, which can have a calming effect. Include essential fatty acids in whole grains, nuts, seeds and vegetables, vitamins and minerals to support the nervous system.

2. Fill in the diet with foods that contain tryptophan (an amino acid that has a soothing effect on the brain). If you have a state of craving then you should eat a quick snack that contains one cup of milk with crackers and a turkey sandwich with meat or cheese, these foods are rich in tryptophan.

Relax!

You can contribute to the dispersal of nervous tension if you learn how to relax physically and mentally. So you cope with difficult situations in advance. Here are some ways:

– Make strenuous activity or exercise to eliminate muscular tension and nervous energy
– Take a leisurely activity such as gardening or listening to relaxing music
– Take a relaxation massage by putting your hand on opposite shoulder with your fingers and massage the muscles in that area or go to a massage center.

Think positive!

Think about all the positive aspects of your life and try to avoid as much as possible the negative ones. Create short sentences and use them to practice a mental exercise that will lead to positive thinking. Repeat out loud, even if you feel silly, or use these expressions in dialogue with others: “I am fit for this job” or “Today I will be successful.”

All this techniques are great to use when you are feeling that anxiety is starting to take control but to cure anxiety and panic attacks for good you need guidance and an effective guide to help you trough all the difficult situations. And the best way to do it is the natural way because is has no side effects and is more effective than any other method.
