Ever since a few years ago I’ve been getting frequent panic attacks. Nocturnal panic attacks, panic attacks during the day, during social situations – it’s all been very exhausting. How can I eliminate my panic attacks forever?

identify the thought patterns causing the panic attacks, I have anxiety attacks and I literally have to calm the thoughts in my mind constantly when I’m out and just let things go in my mind…….pray to Jesus to help you, that’s what I do. I find comfort and peace in the words in the Bible where Jesus tells us to let go of our burdens and give it to Him, and that’s what people with anxiety have to do, let go.
