Night panic attacks have and continue to drive many folks right to the edge, as there are just a few things more frightening than waking in the middle of the night reeling in terror, sweating profusely and your heart pounding as if it may indeed jump right out of your chest, along with plenty of other possible symptoms to keep you absolutely terrified for the next 10-15 mins or so.
