I have suffered with panic attacks for 15 years and all the counseling, medication and books I have purchased within the 15 years just masked the fear, never eliminated it for good. Thank you so much Barry for changing my life. My 15 year battle with panic attacks is now a thing of the past.

@Ayelis – So you’re actually supposed to feel some pain? I feel a sensation that I believe COULD be related to my efforts, but how long, how hard, and should you EXPECT to tolerate some PAIN?

Not sure how much you know about this stuff but I actually was interested in what the japanese call Kyusho. I had someone knock me out by striking 2 or 3 points and I was out of it. It was the most amazing thing. Then I found out the the points were the same as acupuncture or Acupressure. Now I picked up a book called “Pressure point healing” or something like that. I hope to learn more. It can be used for healing or destruction from what I can see. Just like anything else.

  17. Ayelis says:

@TASolutions; don’t press too hard. I actually felt some sharp pain there an hour(!) after hitting all the spots. That made me pretty sure that this one was the right spot!

  18. Ayelis says:

    :P I was totally being facetious. x_x

  19. TASolutions says:

No way, panic attacks are great. You start freaking out, and you get the exact same on-edge in-the-moment cant-remember-anything feeling you get when you’re stoned. x_x Now if only they’d stop hitting me right when I wake up.

Yeah, that can happen to me. I smoked it all the time when I was younger, then I stopped for many years.
When I developed an anxiety disorder i tried it again to see if it would help. In my case it made it worse, so I don’t do it.
